service "kill"

Version 1.531

CMD_SERVICE and CMD_API_SERVICE will now support a -9 SIGKILL signal, by passing action=kill in the given command. It will still only be allowed on standard services listed in services.status. The option will NOT show up in the GUI, but you can run it manually via GET, eg: CMD_SERVICE?action=kill&service=httpd or CMD_API_SERVICE?action=kill&service=httpd The command will use: /usr/bin/killall -9 'httpd' Should only be used in cases where you know what you're doing and actually need this functionality.
