New internal defaults for the namedconfig and nameddir variables. 1) The default data/templates/directadmin.conf will no longer have these vaules (All OSs) 2) the values in the conf/directadmin.conf have priority over everything at startup. 3) Static bins will have internal default to NULL, meaning OS checks are done at startup to determine the path to be used 4) non-static bins will default to their respective OS ---- T25030
