Don't revert to Server Cert after failed LetsEncrypt request, if existing certs are valid

Version 1.58

Bugfix
Finished

Previously, any failed LetsEncrypt request would cause the domain to revert back to the shared server certificate. This change is to simply check if the existing cert/key files are still a valid pair, and if they, continue using them. Invalid pairs will result in the domain reverting to the shared server cert/key pair.
