move_domain.sh: update user.conf default domain= value

Version 1.531

Bugfix
Finished

The move_domain.sh will move a domain from one User to another. If the moved domain was the "default" domain for the old User, the user.conf was not previously being updated. This caused issues in the old User's httpd.conf, as the ~username php_admin_value sendmail_path was still showing the old domain value for the email. Also the /home/olduser/publc_html link would need to be updated as well. The new default domain for the old User will be the first domain in their list, if there is one. Else the domain= value will be blank (which is fine) and the public_html link will be left alone until a new domain is added to set it to the new default.
