enable_ssl_sni=1 new internal default

Version 1.514

Feature
Finished

For all newer OSs, the enable_ssl_sni=1 setting will be the new default (old was 0). CentOS 5 and Debian 6 will still have it set to 0 by default (they're end-of-life anyway) You can still override the setting in the directadmin.conf by adding the enable_ssl_sni varilable to the desired value. Note that enable_ssl_sni only disables the owned IP check in DA, for accessing the SSL page.
