check_subdomain_owner didn't allow subdomains on your own pointer

Version 1.51

Bugfix
Finished

If you had a pointer called domain-pointer.com, DA previously wouldn't let you create a domain sub.domain-pointer.com stating it doesn't belong to you. That because DA notices that /etc/virtual/domain-pointer.com existed, yet wasn't in the User's domains.list file. Change to the logic so it simply uses the /etc/virtual/domainowners file, so it can very quickly see who owns what.
