BUG: Domain not showing up in the list

A reseller has removed a domain pointer and added the domain by itself.
Files and folders have been created by DA, but the domain name has not been added to domains.list, nor to httpd.conf for some reason.
 
Try delete the domain and re-add it in Directadmin. You can check directadmin error logs to find out, what has happened.

I'm not sure, that's any kind of a bug. Because I've done it several times. So others.
 
have been seeing the same problem from time to time on our ~50+ servers.
client created a domain, and later on found out it disappear on the domain list and httpd.conf, have to readd it again. never know why because it's so randomly.

Tricky to say what would cause it without being able to duplicate it reliably.

In any case, if a domain is not in the list, you can re-add it to the list:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username/domains.list
