restoring from DA backup

I had a domain created at reseller level. Make a backup of it with DirectAdmin. Deleted the domain from the reseller level (it was on the wrong place) and created at user level. Recreated all the config, e-mail accounts,etc.
I need to restore the e-mail data from 2 accounts. In the DA-backup there are one file for every e-mail account (placed in backup/mydomain.com/email/data/pop) identified by the name.
¿How can I restore the e-mail data? (I don't have SSH access for security reasons of the hosting provider)

As a reseller you can either restore an entire domain or none of it.

If restoring the entire domain doesn't work for you, then you'll need your provider's help in restoring the mailboxes.

Thanks for the response. Finally i sended the files to the provider and then restored the mailboxes. [SOLVED]
