Server to Server mysql user transfer

Im transering a user to another server, via backing up on the old server, and restoring that backup on the new server.

Will this transfer over all the mysql database info and the mysql users and permissions? As well as the files and emails and email accounts?

Are you a server administrator? Or are you a hosting client whose provider uses DirectAdmin?

How are you backing up the database?

How are you restoring it?

I am the sysadmin on the new server, but the old server is hosted elsewhere and I have the user account of the people i need to transfer

Both server have directadmin

I assumed that the database would be backed up in the user backup. So thats how i was going to restore it on the new server.
