invisionboard segfault apache ?

I tried to install invision board to one of my client, it worked fine 'til today. I didn't do anything on the server (like upgrading DA, etc..). I looked into the apache log file and I saw there was a segfault (11). I updated the customapache build to see if it could fix the problem but no luck. The problem remain.

here is the log output :

Like I said, it worked fine 'til today. As I said on another post, I'm still having some trouble with GD and PHP too. Apache will segfault if I'm trying to call some GD function.

Any help ?
