View Full Version : DirectAdmin demo not working ?

Hello,

I have read DirectAdmin features, and seen screenshots, I really found it fantastic software,

I wanted to try it online , but seems the demo not working , when I try to login into demo, it shows me the login form again, I type it again and submit the form, and then it shows form again,it keeps showing the login form, I couldn't try it

Hello,

A few people with AOL browsers, as well as a few people who use some proxies, can't get DirectAdmin to work.

Requirements:
1) Your browser accepts cookies
2) Your IP remains constant for the duration of the session.

If you use a proxy, try turning it off.. if you use AOL, try a different browser.

Hello,

thanks for replying..

I use MS Internet Explorer 6 to surf internet, my proxy is required to browse websites, however, the ip always remains same in sessions unless I disconnected/reconnected ...

I don't know, is there a fix for this ?

Also, I've heard that updating to the latest service pack for windows is required.

Yes, cookies are enabled

DirectAdmin Support, thanks, I'll download latest sp and try again

BTW, I tried K-Meleon browser, same problem..

Same after downloading latest SP,

I hope you fix this as soon as possible, I want to try it because I'm planning to buy it

Well I'm not quite sure what's wrong... If you want to be a guinee pig to help figure out why you can't log in, send support@directadmin.com an email and we'll see if we can figure something out.
