Spamassassin domain filtering?

Maybe the wrong forum for this...but what the heck:
Is it possible to use spamassassin to filter all spam to a whole DOMAIN (all accounts in the domain) to a specific folder?

Yes, but it would require some rewriting of exim.conf.
