Upgrade Mysql

Did anyone knows if there as any problem of upgrading mysql from 4.0.23-standard-log to lateste version?


My version id

[root@server01 conf]# mysqld -v
mysqld Ver 4.0.23-standard-log for pc-linux on i686 (Official MySQL RPM)

OS Centos 4.0
