Dear All
I have deducted from paypal but i did not want to use it because i m not on DA anymore. They just deducted today. Can i have a refund?

You'll have to Contact DA's sales department; you can find DA contact information on the website at:
http://www.directadmin.com/
Note that you can't expect the folk at DA to be omniscient. They have no idea whether or not you're using DA. What you should have done was either log into your account and cancel your license, or at least cancel your PayPal subscription.

Just e-mail billing@directadmin.com and also forward along the last receipt you received from PayPal so we can do the refund for you. We'll do it quickly for you.
