DirectAdmin does not allow resellers. They've talked about it for years, but they're not yet set up to do it.

What they do offer is special pricing to you if you're installing DA in hardware servers you're selling, or if you're installing DA in your own data center, on servers you rent out to others. (Not for servers you use yourself.)

You can find that pricing on a link on their regular pricing page.
