Hi!
New to the forums, but been with the site for about 9 months now.
I needed to know how to adjust the language settings or features on my site (if there's a program or code I need to put in) so it'll register Japanese text as something other than gibberish. :)
Not a huge hurry or anything, but if anyone knows how, that'd be great!
