I've searched this forum and helper, but did not find any results for this...

Does anyone know how to turn off webstatistics (webalizer) for a site and/or server wide? TIA!

Did you try searching for Disable webalizer ?

I think 1.24.3 added the option to disable webalizer sitewide...
http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=507

Not sure how you'd do it per domain though.

I realize this post is probably dead, but I'm hoping someone will see this. I'm trying to turn off webalizer too and since I'm a total newbie, I'm not sure I understand the info in the link.

So to turn it off I should enter the following in the directadmin.conf file? (which one.. there are 2 on my server, on under /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/directadmin.conf
and one under /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf)

webalizer=0
rotation=0

Do I need to do anything to make the changes take effect?

I also don't know what "rotation" means.

Thanks,
Rebecca

Hey Rebecca,

More than likely, you would want to change this file since it's the system's configuration file:

/usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf

The "rotation" is log rotation, so that your log files don't get huge. :)

tek, there's no setting for webalizer in my directadmin.conf file. Is there in yours?
