Hi,
When I create an account with it's "own" IP, I can't login to FTP. Using a shared IP, it's fine.
Layered Tech confirmed the issue and submitted a ticket, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across this or has any suggestions. I'm in a rush to migrate from cPanel.
