Bandwidth Problem

I have set the Bandwidth, but it have some problem...

one is unlimited, one is 3000... why will be like this ??

This is normal operation and has been discussed before. The limit can be set on a per domain basis.

In the previous discussion it was brought up that the limit for the domain settings should not/ can not exeed that of the parent account, however I think it's currently fine the way it is...

Unlimited is not reall limited since the account will be suspended once the parent account reaches it's limit of 3000.
