Yes, you can create the subdomain as it's own domain.
Then it'll have it's own location for files, it's own email boxes, and it's own control panel.
If the subdomain is NOT on the same server as the main domain you'll need to create DNS for it on the server hosting the main domain, but as long as both are on the same server there's nothing special to be done.

I'm sorry, but as I wrote you privately, I cannot log into, and work on, servers that don't belong to us, unless you have a work agreement and payment arrangements in place.
It's quite simple; you just create a new domain, with the subdomain name.
If you're a user without the ability to add another domain you have to ask your hosting company to set your account so you can do that. Your hosting company may not allow it (in which case you'd have to create a new account for a new domain) or may charge you something for it.

Did you create it as a subdomain, or as a new domain?
It doesn't get it's own login for either management or ftp.
DId you create it as a domain or a subdomain?
If as a subdomain it doesn't get it's own email or anything else; you simply upload site contents to the directory name (the subdomain name) you created, inside of public_html.
If you created it as a domain then you have complete control through the web-based interface, but you still use the same ftp login, first navigating to the "domains" directory, then the domain you want, then public_html.
Rather than use print screen, there's a good set of user-level flash movies
here (http://www.avidnetwork.com/support/flash/tutorials/).

I can already do that. Just create new subdomain as a main domain. BUt the website can only accessible through http://www.subdomain.domain.com.
Can i make it just http://subdomain.domain.com?

Did you create it with the www ?
If not, then it shouldn't require it.
If you tell us the complete subdomain URL we (more than one of us) can try some diagnostics for you.
