Once I've installed IMAP, what do I need to change to install SquirrelMail?

go to the servers 'default' site that gets accessed when you visit

http://MAIN-SERVER-IP/

wget the squirrelmail package

for a quick and dirty install:

http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/QuickAndDirty

more info on installing downloading configuring etc on squirrelmail.org.
