hello,
i have some licenses od DA,
and recently i needed to change the license ip to another one.
i'v sent a mail to support/sales@directadmin.com
and got no answer.
what can i do?

Send a new mail to support@directadmin.com they usually respond within 1-2 days.

Actually they usually respond in well under a day; worst case shouldn't be more than the second day.
I'd say write them again; perhaps the email never reached them.
