Website will work only load in ftp and logged in...please help

Hi,

I just uploaded my new website and it will only work if I'm logged in with ftp or using file manager.

If I try to go to the address in a browser it will just show the "The page cannot be displayed" error and says it "can not find server or DNS error" in internet explorer.
Here is the address:

I cant go directly to a file and my "index.html" page is in my public_html folder.

I am so lost...

Subdomain's files are located within a subdirectory of the main domains public_html directory.

For example
/home/username/domains/emailangel.com/public_html/nicole

I dont think i have created a subdomain, this one was assigned to me from hostbigger.com.

could this be the problem?

Is apache the web service? Like, does this mean, I cant use a browser until this is started?

Apache is the web service.

And apache is not running. This is not something you can fix yourself; you should contact your webhost company.
