View Full Version : cannot download mysql backup

when user login his DA, he cannot download mySQL backup under "mySQL Management". The file is 0 in size

Is there any idea about this?

What version of DirectAdmin and what Operating System are you running on?

CentOS 3.4 with DA 1.24.2. Upgraded to DA 1.24.3 hasnt resolved issue

Note: this feature is working fine before. Dont know why it's not working now. Maybe I just edit the password of da_admin user in phpMyAdmin???

When following this http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=45, after "mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &", whenever I press ENTER, it quits to CLI, and cannot continue. Not sure if it's the reason...
