quota error when creating user

Hello,

I am a client of Eryxma Networks, and just sign up for a VPs plan.

I just follow the "Getting Started" instructions, and then, with reseller interface I create some packages. But when create users for those packages I receiv an error message like:

Error with system Quotas
setquota: Mountpoint (or device) / not found. setquota: Not all specified mountpoints are using quota.

Also make sure that the proper quota partition is setup in the /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf
quota_partition=/ (or /home)
