DA not updating customer disk usage

As the title says, DirectAdmin is not updating my customers disk space. For example it was reading one customer as 885.1 megabytes, when in fact they are using 3.3 GB. This is a problem and I need a solution A.S.A.P. Any support is greatly appreciated.
