remote server time problem

Hi, I know the VERY basics of hosting and what nots and just recently I have been trying to upload things from dreamweaver and keep getting this message when I connect:

Dreamweaver cannot determin the remote server time. The select Newer and Synchronize commmands will not be available.


then it connects, but when I try to upload something it says:


FTP error has occurred - cannot put undex.html. 552 tranfer aborted. disk quota exceeded.

and doesnt work. Ithought I ran out of space, so I cleared out a lot of stuff, but still, that didnt work. help?

If your not the owner of the server (have root access) you will need to contact your hosting provider to resolve these issues. ;)
