Where can I go to download RedHat Enterprise Server 3 for free?

I am not completely sure on the RedHat product line. But as I understand it RedHat Enterprise is not free, however Fedora is which is based on the same source.

Centos compile using the RHEL 3 open source without the propretiary code. So it is a legal distro not a pirated. Another one should whiteboxlinux, I guess there are quite a few based on the RHEL but only have these two at the back of my hand.
