TYPO3 and Directadmin

Need to figure out how to install typo3 into a customer account.

Want to keep it seperated for each user.

Any help or if anyone has done this before please let me know.

I have a number of customers that run it and I've never had to do anything out of the ordinary for them. I think it just runs as a normal PHP application, ergo it's self-contained.

Have you tried it? Having problems?

They need be able to have command line access? To execute some files to install?? I dont really know much about it, just dont know were to let the untar files from a command line in the directadmin system.

you should be able to run command line scripts from php, without giving them seperate ssh access php will run at the same priledges as apache (nobody)


Try to set it up yourself and see how it goes :)
