Option for the server to send duplicate welcome msg.

I'd like to suggest an admin/reseller/user option that allows a "click" to re-send the welcome message to the user ... I realize the admin gets a copy, but there's lots of times when it would help the user to be able to regenerate another copy of the welcome mail themselves, or an option for their reseller.

This has been suggested many times before and thus I'm sure it's on the TODO list, or it better be if it's not ;)
