[BUG] Subdomain removal in 1.24.0

When deleting a subdomain with "Remove Directory Contents" checked DA always displaying an error:

Details

<subdomain_name>: A component of the path file_name does not exist, or the path is an empty string.
===
Subdomain removed, but directory and it's contents still persists.

Tested on RH and FreeBSD.

I can reproduce this on Debian aswell. Seems to be bug in the entire codebase.

Same thing with FC3

I was having this but discovered (assume) it was because I used root via SSH to add stuff to the sub-domain directory.. :p
