Can SpamAssassin be configured in DA?

Can SpamAssassin be configured in DA by Admin, Resellers and Users? Or is it restricted to only some levels?

User level since it is configured on a per-accoung basis I believe. Resellers and admins have their own user level accounts so, all levels technically have access if spamassasin has been installed and enabled for those acounts/package.
