I created a page with a form in frontpage. I want to upload that to my page, and when someone completes it and clicks submit I want the results e-mailed to me. How do I do this?

Frontpage extensions handle forms. You must have the form attributes set from within FP. Also the form must be published.

Moved to offtopic discussion as it has nothing to do with DirectAdmin.

I just added the form in frontpage, when I publish it to my site It shows up and then if I fill it out and click submit it sends me an e-mail. But in the e-mail all there is is a
C1:
C2: ON
B1: Submit
From here I can't thell what fields those are, especially once I add more. Is there any way the I can have the field names displayed, insted of C1 and C2?

Hi
Have a look in your forms HTML and you should see 2 values... input name and input ID. Change these to whatever you want them to be.
Hope this helps,
Rob
