Curious, why would you want mail scanner at this point?

2 Reasons Why

1) MS has a very strong email scanning system.
2) It does archive the emails

I dont know how to enable Exiscan in DA - plus I dont know if Exiscan does archive emails.

exiscan is part of exim already. As for archiving, I don't know.
