RHEL 4 support ?

I don't speak for DirectAdmin, but I would guess so since they support the previous version of RHEL. Best way to find out is drop them an email, unless someone else here knows.

I was looking into this OS and I asked about it a little while back and they said it would be supported.

I came back to my senses and I am sticking with FreeBSD :)

Just noticed the RHEL4 licenses are now available in beta status, shouldn't be too long then :)
