What exactly is the difference between Name Servers and Virtual Name Servers?

Hello,
Nameservers show up in the IP list and are reserved to 1 IP per NS. Virtual's don't show up in the list and can be set to the server's NS IP's (if no 2 ip's are selected).
Remember that namesvers are nothing more than an A record for ns1, ns2 and NS records in the dns zone.
