Select all checkbox

The messaging system has a select all checkboxes functionality that is hidden in a Select link. JBMC Software could improve the usability of the DA interface by using a checkbox at the top of the column. Maybe there are other places where such a box would be needed.

If you click the "Select" name that gives title to that column it should check or uncheck all of them. At least it's been doing that on my servers.
