Where can we get it? And how can we pay for it? PayPal and other forms do not suit to us, unfortunately...

There are NO authorized DirectAdmin resellers.

JBMC has not authorized anyone to sell DirectAdmin licenses.

A search of these forums for "Russian skin" (without the quotes) shows no translations into Russian.
