Currently we have a bunch of servers running Plesk 5.x

And although we do have some Plesk 6 licences ready, I'm really not too joyful about upgrading Plesk, the last time I attempted that it took me 5 hours to repair the previous state, still being stuck with Plesk 5 again..

Are there any Plesk > Directadmin conversion tools which will allow easy moving from plesk to DA ?

not really the correct place, although upgrading plesk from 5 > 6 is very simple if you upgrade to the same version.

rpm > rpm - ok
standard > standard - ok
rpm - standard - NOT ok
standard > rpm - NOT ok

I know the first 2 are definitely correct and the upgrades are apparently very smooth... im sure the lower 2 are both known to cause problems.

I think the question was, and it is my question to:

Is there a way to directly migrate from Plesk 5.x to Directadmin?

In 1 word, no, unless you move sites manually.

Ugh, well that is not a good sign, 10,000 sites to move by hand? Umm no.

I guess I will have to look at adding to my new servers.

If you really have 10,000 domains to move it would be much cheaper to have your own script written than to move them.

Surely you must know someone at Plesk who will moonlight and write it for you :) .
