No there isn't. But if you have enought time and a text editor, you can translate to Turkish any theme you want.

we need a langiage pack forum. There are now a handful of languages in the forums. It woul be a good idea to create a language pack forum. It will better oragnize and promote the development of langs.

I would have thought they'd go under skins, since that's how they're implemented.

Nevertheless, I'll bring your suggestion up to the important folk's attention :) .

I initally thought the same. Then I thought being it's own category would give it more prominance for those looking for it. It could have sub categories for major languages. It could only help I think.
