Shell Governing Software

I would like to see a way to limit shells to a number of processes as well as a way to limit how many KBPS a shell can use.

Do you have any methods of suggestion on how to implement this? For example, how (is) this even possible by setting the system and everything manually?

My gut feeling however is that there are several other features higher in the priority list.

I am not sure how this would go about being performed but it is a feature which i don't know how to really control either of these aspects(process limit and speed of each users shell accounts limited).

It would be a helpful feature to many hosts i do believe

To be supported in DA it would have to first be supported in your OS.

I'd check first with a support forum for the OS you use to see if it's supported there.
