File Stats and File Manager

Files Stats :

This files are saved with user root and group root, and this files are using space of my site, is this true?

Saved in domains/dddd.com/stats/

File Manager :

Only can unpack tar.gz, but not .zip or only .tar :(

Pls, i need to unpack .zip files from file manager, because i don't have ssh access.

Yes, all files in the home directory apply towards the users' usage regardless of ownership I believe since DA does that and also count all files that actually belong to the user. This was because some files get apache:apache ownership.
