As for today, does DA works on 4.11?

Also, will I need to enable disk quota [ http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/quotas.html ] before installation of DA?

Yes it does work, just use the latest version of DirectAdmin binary for the 4.x line.

You will also need to add quota support to your kernel as well as enable it.
