update RH 7.3 ?

i have a RH 7.3 machine for my server and would like to update it, as i know it seriously needs updates..

can anyone tell me how to do this?

I am more fluent in other area's and unfurtunatley this is one of my weak area's.

If it's a production/live server I would suggest someone like www.rack911.com doing it.
