Add more info in the show users view

I would like that this view
http://myserver.com:2222/CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW
include the date the account was created
and an option to filter accounts by username/reseller.

This way people without a billing system would know which
accounts due in certain months

DA does not store the date an account was created and leaves it to your own records/billing manager, therefore this would also have to be recorded in order to fulfill this request.

In my mind the whole point of /CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW is to show all users.
If you only want to see users you can use /CMD_USER_SHOW and for resellers /CMD_RESELLER_SHOW
