In case people are still running on the EOL Cobalt RaQ3/4 and are dying to migrate these users over to a directadmin solution:

This service will automatically and fully migrate a Cobalt raq over to a directadmin server using Directadmin's API
So far we've migrated 7 Raq's over without problems, the only questions we got so far, were related due to some small account changes and newer software versions..
