resellers can change their own plans?

i created a reseller with x package. Then i login how the reseller will, and clicked in 'list/modify accounts'.
Then click in Modify your own User data
so i can change characteristics, and the system recon the new ones!!, for ex, assign unlimited bandwidth!

Also i think it would be better if the options that are not included in the reseller package, like dns, not shown like an option in the reseller panel.

Yes, the Reseller can assign his own User account "unlimted" bandwidth, but his User account is still going to be capped by his Reseller account, so if for example his Reseller account is limited to 10 gig, the total of all his users and his own User account cannot exceed that amount (unless of course the admin has chosen not to suspend the reseller at his limit).
