When I'm trying to create an email address as the admin, I see this error message :
Cannot open the user password file for reading
I tried to run :
cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/
./webmail.sh
But it doesn't work.
Thanks!

Hello,
The user password file is located at:
/etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd
Make sure it exists and is readable by "mail".
webmail is only a set of php script used to interface through pop3 to access their account.

Hi guys,
All of the sudden I'm getting user domains converted to _off in /etc/virtual/
For example, a domain will be set to domain.com_off
Any ideas why this is happening ?
Thanks

Hey,
Quick guess would be someone or something (billing program?) is suspending those domains/users...

Seems the user account is suspended?

Also note Users can suspend their own domains (independant of their account)
User Level -> Domain Setup (or Domain Administraiton) -> domain.com
They can set limits there, as well as turn on/off their domains.
