Running TurckMMCache? Search the forums, there have been quite a few issues with this, but I don't remember any of the solutions.

What Operating System are you running?

Try disabling DirectAdmin's service monitor for apache and see if that stops it.

Is this a consistent two hours or every now and then?

It could possibly be normal. Apache must be restarted whenever a new domain is created or a change is made to an httpd.conf file. If it's not going down long enough to notice.......

To disable DirectAdmin's Service Monitor for apache, edit the file: /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/service.status
and change the "httpd=ON" to "httpd=OFF"
