SquirrelMail 1.4.4 is out, addressing three security issues:
http://www.squirrelmail.org/security/issue/2005-01-20
http://www.squirrelmail.org/security/issue/2005-01-19
http://www.squirrelmail.org/security/issue/2005-01-14
Updating jmstacey's upgrade script (http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4018) to use version 1.4.4 worked fine.

I used the update script to upgrade to 1.4.4 and now I get a 404 File Not Found error.
The WWW path to my install is http://johnsboro.com/squirrelmail.
The system path is the default /var/www/html/squirrelmail, or atleast it should be.
After I did the upgrade, the SquirrelMail folder under /var/www/html is highlighted in pink with white letters.
When I try to CD into the SquirrelMail directory, I get an error that says that directory doesn't exist.
Any suggestions?

I replied to your PM.
For future reference if this happens (which it shouldn't unless you've previously modified things a bit). You need to reinstall squirrelmail and then rerun the update script again.
To reinstall squirrelmail with the original version DA installed. (be sure to remove any old remnants of squirrelmail from /var/www/html/)
cd /usr/local/directadmin/scripts
./squirrelmail.sh
